What are the shipping costs outside Europe?
The shipping amounts to € 7.00 normal post and € 10.45 insured post excluding VAT. By orders from € 70.00 excluding VAT or higher, shippingcosts are free.
Is my order normaly sending with insured post?
No for insured post you must choice for € 10.45 shipping costs excluding VAT.
What is the delivery?
We deliver normally between 3 to 30 working days after the payment has been credited, or as agreed with you.
Should I register to order?
No you do not register, but if you regularly order here want to do it is advisable to register.
Do you have a store?
No we do not have a store but a showroom where products can be viewed. More information by contact.
How do I get my gift voucher / coupon? In the basket the gift certificate or discount code and click the button to apply changes. From that moment the discount is calculated.
Are every products in stock?
No, not every stockings/tights are in stock. If you want to know if your products are in stock, you can look at silk-stockings.nl
